		<description>We bought this brand new tv and 2 months later, we had a major hardware malfunction causing images to overlap each other (not burn).  After a long time of waiting/patience, Samsung Customer Service told us that there&#039;s nothing they can do and asked us to wait at least another 30days for the part to come in.  And the store where we bought it from offered us a $50 gift card --- YES! So we can go buy a blu-ray movie and watch it on our --- oh wait -- OUR TV is Broken!!!</description>
