After a long time of waiting/patience, Samsung Customer Service told us that there's nothing they can do and asked us to wait at least another 30days for the part to come in. And the store where we bought it from offered us a $50 gift card --- YES! So we can go buy a blu-ray movie and watch it on our --- oh wait -- OUR TV is Broken!!!
