Although this series has not included the fancy Viera Cast technology, it still has the Viera Image Viewer and the Viera Link features. With the HDMI ports helping you to connect the Blu-ray disc player and the gaming consoles easily, Panasonic does away with the clutter of remotes by providing a single remote to control all the devices through Viera Link feature.

But perhaps the NeoPDP panel is the main source of attraction of this model. It not only provides high brightness lighting up the darker areas easily, but also provides a high contrast of 2,000,000:1 which improves the black levels too. All this is done without compromising on the energy issues. This set conforms to the Energy Star 4.0 requirements and uses very less energy for its functioning. It utilizes many energy saving features which keep the electricity bills to a minimum.
