The Element PLX5002B is a 50 inch plasma, flat panel HDTV. We previously reviewed the Element PLX4202B and the PLX5002B should perform similarly except with a few improvements. The PLX5002B has also recently experienced a price drop that sets it well below any other 50 inch plasma HDTV’s. With a long list of impressive features and an extremely low price, this Element PLX5002B is a very interesting option to shoppers in the 50 inch plasma market.

Just like the PLX4202B, the Element PLX5002B reviews well and has some great features that many HDTV’s twice the price also have. It has lots of external inputs for your DVD players, video game machines and other external boxes. It also includes 2 HDMI inputs so you can get the best picture and audio from your external players. The PLX5002B has even better contrast ratio than the 42 inch model which is great for its increased size. Overall, the PLX5002B is a pretty great set, especially for its price.
