		<description>Bought a 47 inch, VIZIO tv,  the second day after our purchase the TV started shutting off on its own. It got to the point where the TV would turn off, by itself, around 5 times a day. 94 days after we bought it, it stopped working all together. The TV would turn on but would not receive any signal from the cable box. I believe it was the cable box at first until I tried 2 different boxes. We finally tried the cable box on another TV and it worked fine. 
We contact VIZIO and they were absolutely NO help and were very rude! We returned this TV and purchased a Samsung. I would not recommend VIZIO to anyone, unless you are just wanting to waste your money!!!</description>

		<description>Oh my goodness this was the biggest mistake I ever made in my 50 plus years. My 47HDTV was not even 40 dyas old, I started having problems what brother me the most I was not using this TV everyday so it had not gotten a lot od use.

The pictures was destroyed you saw 6 faces on one person, after calling vizio several times, sending them pictures of the issues, then had to send a proof of purchase. Then 5 days later I was told it was approved for me to recieve a refurbised replacement. When I called the corporate office of vizio and ask for a supervisor of coure Ididn&#039;t get one. but was told it could take up to 2 more weeks or 21 days, business days to receive the replacement. I was not pleased with the type of customer service I received and the I don&#039;t give a dag about the money was spent was enough for me so I will never ever purchase anything with the name fo vizio on it again, I lost one thousand dollars,  Along with BJ&#039;s lost a customer and I will see that my employer will not promate Bj&#039;s gain in our place of employment. and not buy vizio</description>
