What’s more, as the tuner system is also clear QAM compatible, you can attach your cable TV signal directly into the RF connector and tune in unscrambled cable stations. Vizio VO47LF has some positive as well as negative points. The strength of this model include great looking all-black bezel body, good color reproduction, good screen uniformity, 4 HDMI inputs, speakers and comfortable remote control and a bargained price for a good model.
On the downside, you need to adjust the color settings out of the box, poor black levels and only two aspect ratios for viewing HD content. However, with some manual adjustment, the image quality stands solidly. With the lighter black levels and subpar off-angle viewing characteristics seen on many other over budget LCDs, this model balances better color accuracy. Additional features such as USB port for inserting a flash card or an Ethernet port for connecting to your home network is also not included in Vizio VO47LF. A great deal if you want to settle down for a balanced HDTV at an economical range.

Oh my goodness this was the biggest mistake I ever made in my 50 plus years. My 47HDTV was not even 40 dyas old, I started having problems what brother me the most I was not using this TV everyday so it had not gotten a lot od use.
The pictures was destroyed you saw 6 faces on one person, after calling vizio several times, sending them pictures of the issues, then had to send a proof of purchase. Then 5 days later I was told it was approved for me to recieve a refurbised replacement. When I called the corporate office of vizio and ask for a supervisor of coure Ididn’t get one. but was told it could take up to 2 more weeks or 21 days, business days to receive the replacement. I was not pleased with the type of customer service I received and the I don’t give a dag about the money was spent was enough for me so I will never ever purchase anything with the name fo vizio on it again, I lost one thousand dollars, Along with BJ’s lost a customer and I will see that my employer will not promate Bj’s gain in our place of employment. and not buy vizio
Blew up after 2 years! No help from Vizio. Was told I am on my own. Get a real brand!
