VIZIO claims the 19” VA190E-W LCD TV consumes less energy than a conventional 60watt light bulb and can surpass the Energy Star 3.0 requirement standards by as much as 25%. Which means consumers can save energy even while enjoying high performance signals both from 720p and 1080i. With a standard 60 Hz refresh rate and 5000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, this new VIZIO VA190E-W is expected to produce average image output; perfect for a secondary LCD TV in your bedroom, kitchen or study.

The new VIZIO VA190E-W is also RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant, which means the six hazardous materials generally found in electronic products which has been restricted by the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, is not present in this LCD TV.
