Vizio SV472XVT Review: 47” LCD HDTV

Up for Review: Vizio SV472XVT LCD TV. Vizio introduced three new models to stay afloat in the highly competitive HDTV market. These models include the all new Internet connected technology with widgets marking the display panel of your TV. With Samsung taking away all the top honors, Vizio was not one to be left behind. It has brought together its show with the new Internet connected fare. The next technology to be integrated will certainly be the LED technology, introduced by Samsung.

The other significant features of these new HDTVs are an integrated wireless networking, widget technology and an innovative remote. The remote is something to be proud of. It resembles the modern day cell phone with a sliding qwerty keyboard. It also has a Bluetooth feature which will help transfer data from the Internet. The sliding feature saves a lot of space and makes the remote look rather sleek. The remote also has all the modern features of the Universal remote. The essential buttons are also well designed on the remote.

We have 4 of these and purchased them from Sam’s Club.

They are perfect for all sports action, as the refresh rate is tremendous.
The picture is extremely clear and detailed.
The picture, given the 240hz, really makes the action appear 3D.

Check these out – they are an excellent TV and the on-screen menu is very easy to follow and make adjustments with.

I give this tv a 5 star rating.

Purchased at Sam’s Club for $1199 Excellent TV. Easy setup, with great picture and sound. The on screen menu is easy to use, great remote control makes adjustments painless. Variety of video (football-golf-movie) / audio (pop-rock-classical) settings.

    Rate this 5 stars.

Amherst guy is not talking about this tv- he is talking about a different model without wifi & internet apps- not vizio sv472xvt but vizio xvt472sv. How shady of Vizio is that, the way they try to confuse people?
