Viore customer service sucks. Called 7 / 12 at 3:50 PM, on hold for 1 hour @ 10 min. then went to voicemail.Not to dog Viore but I have called for 1 week still have not spoken to anyone. Also did not recieve users manual or warranty info.Like the T.V. but the sound qaulity not so good.!!!!!!!!!! How do you speak to a person with Viore?

I have a 37″ Viore and 2 days after I got it the picture would not come on at all. I turned it off for 4 days and has worked every since until today, that was a year ago. Today it just faded to black, it has sound but no picture. The back seems hot. So watch out!!!!! Other than that I love The TV.

We’ve had our 37″ Viore for a few years and it still shows beautifully. However, the speakers have gone out completly.

My Viore 37″ 1080p LCD TV – LC37VF55 is less than 1year old and recently it began shutting down completely ( no off light) while watching TV. It takes quite some time for us to get it back on. Any suggestions?

i seem to have a problem with my viore i have it less than one year and now it shows no blue everything is just green and red or is this something that’s being done for green environment anybody?
