Sometimes there is a picture and other times not. I did not file a claim in the first 30 days and so now I have been waiting 60 days for repair. Viore is not concerned with this problem and has not to this point replaced it or guaranteed me when we will receive a working tv. The color is very good and the sound as well I find myself turning it down! For the price this is a good tv, I wanted something that didn't cost an arm and a leg but yet wasn't tiny like an 19 inch. For the price this is a good tv, I wanted something that didn’t cost an arm and a leg but yet wasn’t tiny like an 19 inch.
