I bought two of these for my kids at x-mas, and now one lost the picture. I have had many Toshiba products for many years, and never had a problem. Now I will never buy another, and recommend that you stay away. I have read other reviews with the same problem, and Toshiba should have recalled this TV and given a refund. Instead, they chose to treat their loyal customers badly, and trashed their reputation. I am going to the store where I bought these TVs and request that they stop selling Toshiba. Does anyone know where I can sell the other TV that we have to some other sucker?

“The Toshiba brand doesn’t quite match up to the higher-priced big names like Sony or Pioneer…” Ouch. As the owner for a $4K Toshiba HDTV, I picked Toshiba for its quality over those brands.
