Toshiba 42ZV650U Review: 42” LCD HDTV

Up for review: Toshiba 42ZV650U LCD TV.  The Toshiba 42ZV650U belongs to the middle range of the recently launched series from Toshiba. The highlight of this TV is the ClearScan 240 technology. This technology combines the 120 Hz frame rate to the special backlight feature to simulate a 240 Hz effect on the pictures shown on the HDTV. This leads to sharper images and better pictures.
