		<description>Sylvania products are unreliable and the customer service is terrible. My TV was purchased less than one year ago. The tv no longer turns on and obviously has a defect as it is not even a year old. The customer service department was very rude and when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was transferred to another gentleman. When the customer service rep got the phone back from the gentleman after our conversation was over - she failed to hang it up correctly and I heard her laugh and say &quot;ugh. Thanks&quot; and he responded with &quot; no problem&quot;.  I work In customer service and was not rude to either of them. My problem wasn&#039;t completely handled. Not only did they not help me, they are also extremely rude.</description>
