My TV was purchased less than one year ago. The tv no longer turns on and obviously has a defect as it is not even a year old. The customer service department was very rude and when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was transferred to another gentleman. When the customer service rep got the phone back from the gentleman after our conversation was over - she failed to hang it up correctly and I heard her laugh and say "ugh. Thanks" and he responded with " no problem". I work In customer service and was not rude to either of them. My problem wasn't completely handled.
