The Sharp LC-32SB220U has a Built-in HDTV tuner to receive over-the-air high-definition broadcasts. However, to view high-definition cable or satellite programming, an optional set-top box is required. Full 1080p HD resolution is not available on the new Sharp LC-32SB220U, but with only a 32 inch screen size, you actually can’t tell the difference between 720p and 1080p.
