		<description>Think Twice before you purchase a Samsung product. Last year we purchased a Samsung phone which failed and took over 2 weeks to repair. This year we purchased a Samsung 46Inch LCD HDTV. It have been 7 weeks and still no resolve or repair or replacement !  They will not replace the unit but have offered to complete the paper work to action the request (great) which is part of why its taken so long to resolve the issue in the first place. During the time the TV was needing repair the Fridge starting to freeze the fridge contents ( frozen milk is not so much fun to poor into coffee. Which also required a part and is yet to be fixed. Enough is enough and I need to warm other people before they too get stuck with a lemon Samsung product. I was so disappointed with the lack of assistance and customer support.
