Up for review: Samsung LN40A650. Released in April 2008, the 40” LN40A650 model from Samsung is a new line of HDTV. The affordable price range and loaded advanced features of the Samsung LN40A650 seems to have made an impressively positive impact on buyers. The price of this model has been set at around $1224.95.

With 1080p native resolution and a whopping 120Hz refresh rate, the Samsung LN40A650 delivers ultimate real life like image quality without any sort of motion blur. The outlook is complemented by a glossy-black chassis and an eye-catching red trim around the edge of the TV. The shiny screen of this 40” LCD TV reflects a lot of room lighting and hence might be a problem for watching television in brightly lit rooms. But the Samsung LN40A650 takes care of this problem with a higher contrast ratio of 10000:1. As a result, you can enjoy the deepest and truest contrast color images.
