The Samsung LN37A550 has customized picture settings which allow the user to set movies, sports, gaming as per his wish. The price range of this LCD TV model is around $829.95 to $1,199.99.

The five image processors and a six-time density enhancer incorporated in Samsung’s proprietary innovative technology popularly known as DNIe, the Samsung LN37A550 delivers stunning image quality regardless of the input signals. The 1920 x 1080 resolutions and 15,000:1 contrast ratio enables the new Samsung LN37A550 to produce sharper and more realistic images. Besides this, the Wide color enhancer and Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp including the 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio delivers theater-like vibrant picture quality containing vast array of colors.

One of the most striking features of the Samsung LN37A550 is the Wiselink USB 2.0 which you can connect to a wide variety of peripheral digital devices such as a digital camera or any other USB device.

With 2 built-in 10 Watt speakers and SRS TruSurround XT Sound system including the Auto volume leveler, the audio quality of the Samsung LN37A550 is just fine unless you are looking for a movie theater. A minor flaw in picture quality has also been observed. While changing from Sports to regular programming, it often requires adjusting the settings. But for such a great picture quality, it’s not a big deal.
