Although some reviews rave about the exterior display of this HDTV, the sloping edges of the screen are especially problematic as they mirror the screen image as well as any ambient light sources effectively. The swivel stand’s silver color is what makes the look a bit out of place. With one bright element smack in the middle of an otherwise pure black field it generates too much attention.

But these minute flaws are overshadowed with its many advanced features: 120Hz display panel, XD Engine, USB Media Host- you name the high-end feature and this LCD TV has it. Its HDMI supports standard, enhanced, or high-definition video, plus multi-channel digital audio on a single cable. This Interface is also fully backward-compatible with DVI. With so many advance features at such an economic price, the LG 52LBX TV can give other highly priced HDTV a run for their money.
