So you need one remote for your TV and one for your DVD and for some reason I can only get my DVD sound out of my receiver and therefore I can't control the volume without a third remote. I could buy a Universal, which brands accommodate this LG TV. "Not My Job"..."Go to the store and ask them." The picture is great, the sound good, you just can't make it a home theater unless you are an engineer you are not going to get any help from LG.
