The remote does not accommodate any other component. So you need one remote for your TV and one for your DVD and for some reason I can only get my DVD sound out of my receiver and therefore I can’t control the volume without a third remote. Good Luck if you call Customer Service…”Not My Job is their answer.. Can the LG remote be programmed for my DVD? Does LG manufactur a universal remote? NO.. It is only for TV
How do I delete channels…call your cable company, “Not My Job”.
Regarding the DVD sound, coming from the wrong speakers “call the manufacturer of your DVD” “ Not my Job”. I could buy a Universal, which brands accommodate this LG TV. “Not My Job”…”Go to the store and ask them.” The picture is great, the sound good, you just can’t make it a home theater unless you are an engineer you are not going to get any help from LG.
My husband cannot work the DVD on our new set…He is not a happy camper..
