Apart from Full 1080p native resolution, this Scarlet series LCD TV has 3:2 pull down features which help in reducing the artifacts that can occur while transferring motion pictures to a digital format such as DVD.

Many high end HDTV manufacturers overlook sound quality but the LG 37LG60 may prevent you from spending another small fortune on a surround sound system.
The LCD display of the LG 37LG60 is one great if being viewing in a brightly lit room. With 4 HDMI V1.3 inputs, the LG 37LG60 is the versatile hub for all external connections. Thanks to the HDMI support, now you can enjoy standard or high-definition video on your DVD player or Blu-ray player or enjoy multi-channel digital audio on your favorite mp3 player.
You can also view JPEG images or peruse your MP3 music files by using the USB 2.0 input.
The only flaw observed in reviews is having a single rear connector location. This LCD TV also lacks in some extra advance features such as a built in TV Guide and picture in picture. Pretty minor flaws when compared to the other features and budget prices.
