JVC LT-32J300 Review: 32” LCD HDTV
Up for Review: JVC LT-32J300 LCD TV. JVC has introduced this HDTV as an entry-level product without many of the features available in the higher-end versions. The panel design is quite attractive with a distinct LED power indicator at the bottom of the display. The prominent feature is the presence of an USB port which will allow you to view photos from a digital camera or external memory drive. Another feature which deserves special mention is the dynamic backlight. A stylish bezel also adds to the glamorous look of the JVC LT-32J300.
A review shows that the JVC LT-32J300 has 1080p resolution despite lacking many features of the costlier models. It asserts its superb picture quality with JVC Smart Picture technology. This technology makes proper use of the source brightness to project the best images on the screen. This HDTV also includes a timer which can start the HDTV at the programmed moment. You can use this feature to view your favorite shows on time.
JVC LT-32J300 Features and Specifications Review:
- 32” display
- 1080p resolution
- Dynamic backlight
- JVC’s Smart Picture technology
- Timer
- Drop-down on-screen navigation
- 3 HDMI
- Analog output
- Oblique cone speakers
The remote is another attractive feature of the JVC LT-32J300. Unlike the other clumsy remotes, this particular model has a decent remote with well-spaced buttons. Being a universal remote, it can be used to control other devices connected to the TV. It also leads to well-designed menus on screen. Navigation is made pretty easy with the easy-to-understand menu settings.
The audio is also good apart from the surround sound feature. This feature needs a lot of improvement before it can match the standards of its more worthy competitors. The built-in speakers provide a great sound level. On the connectivity issue, the ports are arranged at the rear of the HDTV. It has 3 HDMI, one optical audio output and many others for easily connecting devices to the HDTV. The lack of a swivel stand makes it difficult to connect the cables at the rear.
The JVC LT-32J300 has poor black levels and contrast ratio but good color temperature. Hence the color is pretty good with less and unnecessary interference of colors. The colors tend to fade in bright areas which may also be the cause of blurring. However, a look at all the plus points and for a price of $800 MSRP this is a good set to purchase.
YouReviewElectronics.com gives JVC LT-32J300 8/10 stars!
