Up for Review: Insignia NS-L37Q-10A LCD TV. It belongs to the larger LDC series that allow the entire family to enjoy viewing together. Available at a very reasonable rate; the model may be lacking few sophisticated features but its basic functional services are definitely more than fine for a mainstream audience. Offering pretty good value for the money, the set has a 1080 full HD format that ensures good picture quality. It also supports all other formats that come within 1080p like 480p and 720p.

Similar to other high-end LCD models, this model too is equipped with extensive input and output connectivity options. It is provided with 4 HDMI ports that enable the users to simultaneously connect 4 HDMI sources like set-top boxes, Blu Ray players, game consoles and digital camera. Moreover, the ports have a fairly good placement since they are either located along the side of the TV, or on its back, near the edge. You can easily rotate the stand and access these ports.

The Insignia NS-L37Q-10A is a widescreen television with HD formatting that makes high resolution content very clear unlike regular sets. For more immersive images, you can sit closer to the set and yet be sure of not harming your eyes. It’s user-friendly design makes installation easy. Already attached to the stand in the box, the system also has a quick start guide that noticeably shows where to plug things in.

Apart from a quick start guide, it is also offered along with a manual, remote (with batteries), a cleaning cloth, a remote stand, and a set of component cables. Generally TVs do not come with such component cables and hence it’s a new and useful touch that enhances its worth.
