The Envision L37W698 has a very realistic 1200:1 contrast ratio. This value can be bettered keeping in view the tremendous improvement in the contrast ratio values of most saleable HDTV brands in the market. The 8 ms response time can also be decreased to improve the blurring and flickering of the images. However, this response time is good enough to do away with any ghosting in the pictures. The fast-action scenes too can be seen with much more clarity.

The Envision L37W698 features 2 HDMI along with 1 PC input. This allows a lot of high definition devices to be connected. For example, you can connect a camcorder and watch all the recent and old videos you recorded. You can also watch movies on the DVD player. While watching the videos, you won’t be disappointed for want of better viewing angles. The 170 degree viewing angle is good enough if you sit in any part of the room.
