Dynex DX-L32-10A Review: 32” LCD HDTV

Up for Review: Dynex DX-L32-10A LCD TV. This 32 inch model is just right for any medium-sized room space. Featuring 1366 x 768 (720p) resolution and 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, the set displays reasonably clear and sharper pictures with finer details. This full HD 1080p LCDTV is equipped with built-in Blu-ray Disc slots that enable the user to take full advantage of 1080p Blu-ray Disc titles. Moreover, the slot is also compatible with DVD and CD titles. It’s three HDMI terminals, two HD component inputs, a PC input and RS-232C for control makes the model a complete multi-user package. Users can easily connect their digital devices to the set and enjoy the respective media content.

Making viewing more pleasurable and cinematic- like, the Dynex DX-L32-10A is provided with spectral contrast engine UD (Ultra Dark) that provides high contrast ratio and deep black levels. The Image contrast ratio is 2500:1 that ensures clear pictures with pristine black and white tones. Its apt brightness level and contrast ratios further makes it suitable for viewing in almost all types of lighting conditions without causing strain to the eyes of the viewer.

The integrated built-in tuners make reception of broadcasts from different sources possible. The user may need to add an HD-capable antenna to receive over-the-air high-definition broadcasts, where available and an optional set-top box for high-definition cable or satellite programming.

Apart from good picture quality, the Dynex DX-L32-10A also offers reasonably good audio that includes two speakers with desirable audio controls. The only issue that may seem to be inconvenient to some is the sidemount controls for the channel and volume. However, one can easily get accustomed to this different left and right labeling.

Making it more user-friendly the system is provided with V-Chip parental controls that help the customer to keep children from being exposed to undesirable content. Moreover, it also has a trilingual (English, French, Spanish) on-screen menus with auto channel programming, sleep timer and favorite channels feature that offer much convenience to the consumer to use the set as per their requirement.

Like all other HDTVs this model too is energy star compliant. It is a good bargain for all those looking for good quality viewing at affordable rate.
